YOU WILL BE FOREVER MISSED IN MY HEART.

The stars spell out your name
You ever faded with the sunset
Smiled with the sun
The love you brought us through our lives
We will miss you
More than you'll ever know
These days without you,
left me en emty soul

My sister learned about the pet food recall the hard way.  Her cat went into renal failure two weeks ago before the news of the recall broke.  At the time, they could only tell that the cause was from toxicity.  It has since been determined that the cause was the petfood that her vet had recommended she use.  He had to be hospitalized and $5,000 later he seems to be recovering.

What scary shit. I would commit murder if my cat Lily (who will be 17 next month) died from tainted food. I'm glad your sister's kitty is recovering.

The symptoms these poor animals are suffering are so simular to the ones my Jewel had (which was kidney failure) when we lost her back in October..  Makes me wonder if any of these foods were contaminated back then.
And we are just starting to hear about it, because it is more wide spread now.  Jewel was a healthy happy dog, then within 3 short days she was gone.  I miss her so much....

I am so sorry about your dog.  I don't know what I would do if that happened to either one of my dogs.  They are my family.

I'm glad your cat is okay.  It just makes you want to make all their dog food yourself.
