I have tried to download the videos for 2013 and I can get the audio, but no video....thanks for your input....

Maybe you're missing a codec in your computer because I think Windows Media Player doesn't play .mp4 files without certain codecs installed.
Have you tried playing the videos with VideoLan player? It's a free player that plays every type of video file and I always use it when I have issues with WMP.

You can configure WMP to play mp4 files if you don't want to use Quicktime, but I agree with Callie, you could try another player - the VLC media player is also good. Also make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash, that has worked for me many times.
There can be so many reasons for having problems with videos that it's really impossible to diagnose from a distance. Sorry! I hope one of these suggestions helps. __________________ Christy
