WOW!!  He looked fantastic today!!

Not sure if he is flirting with Lea or just messing with her head a bit.  But trust me when I tell you . . . do NOT be drinking anything when he and Lea start navagating the Gentlemen's Club website.  What Zach said had me in stitches!!

But then we got an angry, emotional Zach when they came upon Cassandra's video.  Zach looked like he wanted to crawl out of his skin.

When I am seeing right now is that Zach is messing with Lea, but she could very easily fall for him.  Can't say that I blame her.

I love watching pro-active Zach! The long-time Disneyfied-soap watcher in me had some trouble watching him casually navigating a porn game web site (although it did help a little that the site appeared to be beaming in from 1995) and dropping words like orgasm, but I guess I'll get used to it. Zach does seem to be enjoying needling Lea, but I can't blame him. She's so obviously barking up the wrong tree by continuing to investigate him, that it does make her very zing-worthy and calls her competence into question.

It was like a whole different Zach when he spotted Cassie in the video -- whoa! I hope you appreciated that reaction, Lea. Because that is the real Zach stripped to his essence, so call off the low-level shadower and reassign him to be Zach's minion instead. They've already established a nice camaraderie, so why waste it.

What I'm really looking forward to is the Zach/Bianca/Miranda scene... but I expect someone will get to Miranda first with the news.

I love that the Zach scenes lasted over 7 and a half minutes and thought it was so cute that before we even saw him we heard him talking hockey...I just love seeing (and hearing) the different sides of Zach (but now everything is starting to sound like a double entendre to me!), and the last scene was pure, beautiful, classic Zach. If this episode doesn't make it into the Hulu's top 5 today it won't because I haven't watched it over and over!

As for Lea, if she still considers Zach a money launderer, then why does she trust him enough to whip out the  secret password decoder in front of him? I think her actions say she does want to "be with him," and I wonder if she still considers him a suspect or if she just wants to keep him around!

Safe to say this is not daytime anymore, LOL! Holy shit....words coming out of Zach's mouth have me blushing and LMAO!

Great Zach scenes today! Love how his emotions ran the gamut from naughty and flirtatious to highly raw and emotional. Lea got to see the real Zach today and I look forward to seeing Zach get under her skin and right into her heart. Shouldn't take long lol!

It sure was a great Zach day!  Funny Zach, sexy-as-hell Zach, and when he saw that video of Cassandra, it was like a switch went off and he was ready to go all Rambo on those assholes!  I sure hope that he has the pleasure of finding them first!

TK played all 3 of those Zachs perfectly!  Can't wait to see him and Jesse in the next show....looks like it's going to be great!

I'm hearing all those double-entendres too, Christy.  "When you find the right spot, it's easy.", LMAO!

"I will explain what that is later"

I think I woke up all my neighbors when he said that!

Thanks June, this episode needed a thread of its own.  FINALLY an episode with decent amount of Zach-time!  And a well written one too.  From hockey talk to flirting to making progress in the investigation to intense, raw Zach!  This was Mr. Kaye doing what he does best, giving us REAL and TOTAL ZACH!  I hope to God that TPTB at PP realize the gold mine and write lot more stories/scenes that are worthy of his immense talent.

Kathy, I agree about the shadower.  He should me made more useful, LOL.  I was shocked when Lea pulled out the decoder in front of Zach.  And it wasn't in a very secure place, was it?  By now, Lea SHOULD know that even if there is money-laundering going on at the casino, in Zach's name, it does not mean HE is the culprit.  May be she has begun to realize it, but "the chip" is desperately trying to hold on to her shoulder, probably helps her mask how she finds him undeniably intelligent, incredibly smooth, sexy as hell and simply irresistible.

Disappointed that Ziranda has been delayed, AGAIN.  And of course, it was going to happen without Gaby, since she is too young for the talk.  I am afraid some jerk at the school will let out the secret and Miranda will be crushed.  Please, PLEASE let Zach be the one to help her through the crisis.  Speaking of Miranda, did she say "you and Zach"?  Not "you and Uncle Zach"?

Can't wait for tomorrow's Zesse scenes!

Thanks, Alina! Well, at least we know now that Zach makes it that far. Here's hoping he doesn't get a call from Jesse or Lea and take off right before he has a chance to sit down with Miranda.

Speaking of Lea... we (Jim and I) were watching Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle a little while ago... and Paula Garces was in it! I was so surprised to see her -- no recollection of her being in it from my one previous long-ago viewing. If you've ever seen the movie, she plays the girl Harold has a huge crush on but is too shy to speak to.

A different shade of blue, but Zach in blue shirt nonetheless!  Can't wait for these Ziranda scenes to air.  I hope they will have a nice, long talk, because I have been worried ever since I read the spoilers in the other thread.

Thanks Alina.

We should all have a friend like Zach, loyal, protective, willing to do whatever it takes to help when you need him!  It was so good to see him wanting to protect Jesse, to spare him the pain of watching that video.  For a man who had NO male friends for years, who was burnt or back-stabbed by so many, he really knows what it is to be a friend!  I am disappointed in Monday's preview for one reason, I don't want to see Cassie being tortured or threatened any more.  I don't care if they drag out the story and the capture of bad guys, just let Cassie's nightmare end!

But by the time Cassie's nightmare ends, I am afraid that a different kind of nightmare may start for Miranda.  The rats have not eased up on her yet, and in true soap fashion, they will spill the beans before Binks does what she should have done long time ago.  As for the rest of the show, I am starting to get tired of Celia.  They need to give some of that airtime to people like Jane, give her something more to do than pour coffee and keep order in that coffee house.  And the David show?  I can't believe how much credit he gets, from Angie and from the writers, and how much credit he gives himself, for curing Angie's blindness.  The blindness that may not have happened if he didn't rain hell on PVH, UGH!

Monday seems so far away..........

ITA, searose...I thought Zach's instinct to shield Jesse was perfectly natural. I just hope that Zach gets as much screen time protecting his own niece as he does helping Jesse's family. I can't wait to see them together - thanks for the clip, Alina! I don't know if I trust Celia's little pal. I'd be more interested in Celia if she hadn't replaced one keeper for another. David and BCT actually reminded me of each other today in their clownish self puffery.

Yes, ITA to all posts about being an awesome Zach day!

I like Petey, but Celia is starting to grate on my nerves.

MONDAY IS SOOOO FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I really wish that Prospect Park would reconsider going back to 4 episodes a week.

Two days a week @ half hour simply is not enough.  I would prefer one hour once a week.  BTW, I am not watching OLTL on the " off days!!!

Late night thoughts...

Why do Pelia rate so many sets -- a hotel room plus the other places they have to live -- Cortlandt Manor and Celia's room at the school -- shit, Petey even has a car -- but Zach, Bianca/Miranda, Cara, and David appear to be homeless? Cara at least has the hospital, but it's really getting to me how the other characters have no place to call their own for either living or working in.

And they can populate the coffeeshop with obnoxious teenagers, so why can't they put a few more extras in police uniforms for Jesse to bark orders at to follow him and Zach to the secret clubhouse? Lea gets an underling (and an office -- even though it looks like it's in the sub-basement of some 100-year-old Federal building), but Jesse doesn't? (Yeah, I know... $$$... but these questions occur to me as I'm watching.)

Gawd, I am so fucking sick and tired of David Hayward!!!! Why does he always have to be so over the fucking top with his demands, guilt trips, self-pity, and egomania? It tires me out watching it even when I'm watching on my Kindle in bed, LOL. Clownish self-puffery, so true!

And who can take seriously a medical inventor who announces his genius plan at the local teen hangout? Why would any news organization other than The Onion give this fresh-out-of-jail megalomaniacal asshole the time of day, much less broadcast his self-promoting press conference where Petey would see it a hundred miles away in NYC? I don't get why David is trying to force his plan on Pete in this way anyway. I would rather watch David go around Pete by putting the make on poor lonely, meddling, Opal and maybe even falling in love with her.

Saving the best for last -- Zach. Searose, I'll just ditto what you said because I could not say it any better.

Is it MONDAY, YET?  I am missing watching AMC and especially Zach.  Anyone watching OLTL?  I am not.  With the two episodes a week, is anyone else feeling that the storylines are moving somewhat slow?

Kathy, David is RYASS of the new AMC as in how much he is eating up the show! With the same traits of demands/guilt trips/self-pity/egomania, it is surprising they were enemies and not BFFs.  The God-complex and constantly wanting revenge on everyone with the ever-condescending tone, UGH!
But I would have loved to see the David/Opal scenario you describe.  If only you were writing the show......

sassygal, I, for one, am not watching OLTL.  If TPTB flat out announce that they will only produce AMC if OLTL survives, then of course I will stream OLTL to get it counted as a "view", but I still won't "watch" that show, LOL.  As for moving somewhat slow, I would rather them not rush through some s/l and give me whiplash the way old regime did (then of course, there are things like David finding his baby or Celia guardian suspense, I would rather see them at fast-forwardx4 speed).  The only thing I am in a hurry to see is for Cassie to be found, and of course, for more Z-time/Z-home/Z-romance/Z-anything, LOL.

Add me to the not watching OLTL list -- I've discovered there's just too much else to watch on HuluPlus and Netflix, since I got my Roku and Kindle apps (which I probably never would have done if it weren't for AMC going online in the first place!).

Sassygal, for my liking, AMC is going at what amounts to an unnatural pace. I think they're telling all the stories way too fast, including Cassie's -- even though I hate watching her be tortured and I do want that part of it wrapped up ASAP -- without enough pausing to encourage viewers to really get hooked and invest in the characters and their relationships. At first AMC seemed to have an "old soap" feel, meaning a more leisurely approach to storytelling with character development to really illuminate the stories, but as the weeks have unfolded, that sense has faded for me.

There is a way to explore the characters and develop some depth in their relationships without seeming to be dragging things out, but this AMC is clearly are not geared that way (and soaps probably never will be geared that way again) any more than the old one was. I think it's such a shame.

(I had written a much longer post about all this that got eaten when I lost my connection earlier. Maybe I'll try to rewrite it later.)

I watched it early this morning on my Kindle Fire, and it wasn't there with the AMC videos - I had to go to the OLTL section to watch it! It still isn't with the AMC stuff via my Kindle, either. But it's there on the regular Hulu page now at least.

I think I started it at the right spot - if not, skip ahead to about 8:20 (g)!

Best part of today's show:  Zach, with the trademark tilt of his head, trying to read BCT!!!!!!!!!!

Worst part of today's show:  No Zach in the "next" preview!!!!!!!!!!!!!  (I know that doesn't mean he won't be there, but still.........)

Stupidest part of today's show:  Not only that Brooke wants to interview David, but that she invites him TO CHANDLER MANSION to talk about it?  She could not do it at the office, or even the coffee house which is where ALL business gets transacted in PV?  But I guess that's the only way they could think of to have David/Joonyer faceoff, LOL.  Still, Brooke could have had the meeting elsewhere, and then David stop by the mansion on his own, that would have made a wee bit more sense.

That was my favorite moment, too, searose. Honestly, watching BCT interact with Zach is kinda surreal and Zach's is this guy for real reaction is perfect. Zach and Lea seem to be developing an unspoken communication and I liked that.

I thought the strangest thing about the Brooke/David scenes were that Brooke had to talk to him in person about an online interview! I just hate the way the show revolves around David. He's like the new Ryan, so smug and self righteous while all his crimes are swept under the rug, and I'm sooooo sick of him! I've gotten used to the 2 day a week schedule but it just makes me resent the characters that eat up most of the air time even more.

BCT: God helps those who heps themselves.

Zach:

BCT: I provide a cervix...
Kathy:

Great show today! I might have to make myself a new avatar out of Zach's priceless reaction to BCT's bible thumping.

Worst part of the show:  No Zach today.

Best part of the show:  Zach in preview!  That will make my Monday morning blues disappear

Sad part of the show:  Aside from Jesse's dilemma and Angie's heartache, of course:  Poor Jane, all she gets to do is pour coffee, serve sweets and act protective of kids.  They really need to give her some of Celia's airtime.

But here is the weird part of the show: So Colby is coming home from SOMEWHERE, no mention from where.  May be because they haven't figured out which rock she had been living under, or which deserted island she had been stranded on, if she had no idea what Petey looks like now or what he is up to.  Nothing against the new actress, but Colby is STILL annoying me, even after the personality change (or may be because of).

Can't wait for Friday's "More", hoping for lots of TK-time

Watching Zach being accused of something he didn't do - again - is gonna make me

Unless Jesse informs him of the truth or he's in on it. If not, Jesse will take up permanent residence on my shit list.

I'd like to see more of her too. They should make Celia her long lost daughter. Even that would be more believable than Colby as a magazine editor.

Damn...I really, really hope that Jesse informs Zach what's up...especially once Cassie is out of Uri's clutches.
Otherwise ;-( another Zach bromance bites the dust!  I think Zach would understand and even acknowledge he'd do the same if it was his family that needed saving however how long Jesse keeps it quiet will be pivotal to the future of Zach/Jesse, lol.

Heather Roop (Jane) has tweeted a couple of times very recently that she'll soon have more to do than serving coffee..."it's coming".

I think Uri wants Zach out of the picture so that the Russian mob can finally infiltrate his casino.

That irked me because Brooke has always been intelligent and business savvy, has had good judgment (except for choice of men, LOL) and has been non-judgmental of others, but she is different this time around.  She invited David to the scene of the crime only days after he was out of prison, and as if that's not bad judgment enough, she totally forgot that Joonyer was also home?  She assumed Joonyer was using drugs again (we could see he was tempted, but she had not seen that) before even finding out what was in that bag and asking him where it came from.  And now that Colby has had personality change for the worse, she is offering Colby such an important job!  Colby's teen years weren't exactly an example to follow for teen-tempo readers, and flashbacks of her on-line blog still makes me want to ban her from using internet EVER.  I think the stale air from tunnels is getting to Brooke, she needs to get out of the mansion once in a while, LOL.

Alina, thanks for the heads-up on Jane.

Prospect Park and AMC in a dispute...

UGH... We have gone from 4 episodes a week to 2 episodes and now a hiatus.. and some disputes!  I certainly hope this not a problem.   I understand that AMC being aired in a new format would have some wrinkles, but I certainly hope that this does not mean less pay.. or less airtime for actors... especially for our beloved TK.

OT:  Anyone else seeing the character resemblance between Petey and Ryass?  GGGR  UGHHH!

Thanks for the news/link, sassygal.  It is disappointing to see this happen, and I hope they will resolve their issues in time for the planned August return.

As for Ryass, I think David resembles him more, because of the constantly smug, condescending, vengeful attitude.  So far, Petey hasn't made my blood boil.  Not yet.  But I do feel that Celia is the new Greenlee, eating up the show and not giving me anything worth my time.

Ahhhhhh......... the long-awaited "MORE"!  Though I like Jill Larson a lot, I wish TK was the main one being interviewed, but whatever little bit of him we got was priceless!  Those who don't want to wade through the rest can FF to 13:38, it ends around 18:25.  We got less than five minutes, but it was, like I said, priceless!  I am not going to comment on specific Q/A, because I don't want to spoil it for those who haven't watched it yet, except saying that The Mahn is Hysterically funny!  Yes lady in red jacket, I would love to be standing there interviewing him, not that I would be able to form a cohesive sentence, LOL, but would you please, PLEASE sit him down and do a whole episode with him one day soon?

Celia is the new Greenlee, and I am really beginning to dislike her now.  She continues to eat up the show, and I am even getting an overdose of her on "More".  I really didn't see the need for her on today's episode.

LOVED the preview, Zach could not be more clear in what he is saying, and Lea BETTER believe him!

PP was great at promo'ing the shows -- but doesn't seem to have as much of a handle on, you know, keeping them on the air. I just hope they can resolve this issue without any (metaphorical) bloodshed, because IMO it's never good when management with an already spotty track record tries to make a union the fall guy (which is how I interpret this).

A lot of people are working hard to make these shows happen, and it would be tragic for everyone to see their efforts be for naught.

I am in the ridiculousness of Petey's portrayal as a savvy business magnate.

And ask him about the Red Wings, especially when he's wearing a Red Wings shirt and he gives you the opening by mentioning your red jacket! Cute interview, though! I also loved the Bob Woods stuff.

Yeah, I could have done without the fashion show (I do like PP's AMC's women's clothes a lot better than ABC's, though.. was so tired of inappropriate spaghetti straps). Been there, done that, and once was enough with the fashion montage! I don't find Celia obnoxious yet, but I am less and less interested in her.

If she doesn't I look forward to him trying to convince her. (g)

Is it just me or did you all feel that Zcenes were ending sort of abruptly?  LOVED the way Jesse defended Zach, but I truly hope he is going to let Zach in on the reason for the arrest.  He knows Zach can handle it, and is brilliant enough to even help.  Lea, of course, still has no idea who she is dealing with.  Like Zach said, if he wanted Kozlov gone, you would never find him, let alone the murder weapon with finger prints, LOL!  I am guessing the hawt-kiss-desk-blue shirt-scene will come when she starts to wise up and shows faith in Zach!  But is Yuri so stupid that he will let Cassandra go just because Zach gets arrested?  No trial, no prison sentence?  Never mind, I am in a hurry to see her come home, and also to see Zach get out of this jam!  That has always been a thrilling ride, watching Zach get out of all sort of situations and confined spaces.

OK, I officially don't like the new Colby.  I don't mean the actress, the poor thing is doing her job as she is told, but I just don't like the new Colby.  I thought you were smarter Petey, than allowing her to sit there while you hold business meeting with David?  Do you even have your cell phone back yet?  Do you know how to check the call log?

Oh, and I enjoyed watching Dixie freak out.  But I will make no comment on lottery ticket search........ and find.............  it is so early in the morning, LOL.

Wednesday, new Zepisode seems so far away..............

I felt the same way, searose...it really pissed me off today. But that's probably nothing compared to how pissed off I'm gonna be! I agree Zach can handle this and even help, but he shouldn't have to be thrown under the bus first. Gah. Some things never change!

I thought Dixie's reaction to BCT very believable, she was terrorized by him, and I can't believe I'm saying this but Dixie should have been in this storyline before now. She's a counselor, why wasn't she involved in talking to dumpster girl? Not to mention she and Zach are friends so why doesn't she know he's in town? I'm soooo ready for BCT to go...winning the lottery, WTF?

Pete and Colby make me miss their fathers!

Christy, at this moment, I am not seeing this as Zach being thrown under the bus, because he CAN be the center of this story if properly executed.  Yuri has given us a reason why he is framing Zach, something that goes back in time.  I will, however, see it as Zach being thrown under the bus if Jesse is not straight with him fairly soon, especially once Cassandra is home.  I am willing to put up with the s/l if they do justice to Zach's character and TK's brilliance without the editor being scissor-happy with Zcenes.

As for Dixie, does she even know that Zach had "died" during the years she was "dead", and that he too is back to the land of living?  A huge WTF moment at that Chandler Mansion party under old regime.  It is hard to figure out what some of the characters are doing with their time these days, it is one of the many details the new writers may not have figured out yet.  May be she is not working at PVH since ThadeASS is away and Joonyer was in coma and so on.

Palmer and Adam!  The good old days !

I want Jesse to fill Zach in on things just as much as everyone, but I'm getting the feeling that even if Jesse doesn't verbally tell him . . . Zach will somehow know.  And he will "get it" . . . totally.  He even tells Jesse "you are only doing your job . . . find Cassandra"!!  He is more concerned with Cassandra than himself.

I like that Jesse is at least torn up about doing this to Zach and in the end . . . it will work itself out.  I don't think Zach is going to feel betrayed by Jesse at all.

June, I agree that Zach will get it and probably will not feel betrayed by Jesse.  But I still want Jesse to be honest with Zach, I want Jesse to show that kind of loyalty to Zach, because Zach deserves it, and because it is high time that SOMEONE in PV proves to be a true friend to him!  It is, in a way, somewhat like the times when Zach forgave the people who tore his heart out or stabbed him in the back, but I haven't forgiven those people, LOL.

HOLY SHIT!  This is certainly not daytime TV, and certainly too early in the morning for computer lessons!

SO much to talk about today.  Welcome back Dimitri!  No Alex, no hair, you now wear glasses, but still looking good, you have aged like fine wine!  It is nice to see the new writers have kept track of characters and relationships.  Slipping Edmond in the conversation was a nice touch.

Joonyer, Joonyer!  What are you thinking?  The list of side effects as mentioned by Cara should have scared the living daylights out of you (if you really ARE a changed man), let alone the list of risks.  You still decide to inject yourself?  Just because you are in a rush to take CE reigns into your hands?  Listening to Colby, of all people?

So relieved that Cassandra is dropped off at home!  I sure hope she is OK, though it might take forever before she feels normal.  Jesse is really torn up about Zach's arrest.  I still think he should let Zach in on what is going on.  It is nice to hear him defend Zach though.  And Zach, no matter what, his first concern is always Kendall and the boys!

Of course, saving the best for the last..........

ZACH!!!!!!!!!  LEA!!!!!!!!!!!!  On first name basis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Taking a shower would be more than "interesting", it will be outright HAWT, the lens will fog up from all the steam.  What a tease that line was, LOL.  Loved today's Zcenes, Zach's face when he was looking at Jesse while being finger-printed, all the close-ups and every little zinger.  But for me, the best was hearing Lea say "you have more good than bad in you"!  Not that I can find anything "bad" in Zach, but still, it was nice to hear a woman say that to Zach so early in the relationship.  Reminds me of Liza's dark knight!  TK was so superbly fantastic today, I am off to re-watch the Zcenes.........

I agree that Zach will get it and probably not feel betrayed. He has had plenty of experience in being understanding....and I  wonder if he already does get what's going on.

But I'm still basking in that you have more good than bad in you. How refreshing and unheard of on this show! Of course, I'm always waiting for the other shoe to drop on this show, but for now I'll take it.

So Lea is staying in a hotel - and they still haven't said where Zach is staying.

As for the rest of the show. I just kept thinking how in the old days it probably would have been Ryan who Brooke turned to. How things have changed in a good way! But I gladly could have lived my whole life without seeing Petey Cortlandt's O face.

Good to see Dimitri again.  He was my favorite Erica husband. I could have done w/o the prolonged scene of Pete getting his happy ending.  I can't help thinking that if Ryan was around, it would have been his abs and his O face we'd be seeing so...

Who am I kidding...you all know what I was focused on right?...Zach!  Thought we had some good progress between Zach & Lea today...finally.  Love that Lea literally and figuratively let her hair down a bit with Zach today and admitted that she sees good in him and doesn't really believe he killed Uri and as Zach pointed out, she fought for him and had his back in court today.  Love seeing Thorsten as Zach in flirt mode and with that twinkle in his eyes, lol.  Like it or not...Lea is really liking her court ordered companion, lol.  The way Z said her name at the end and then smiled that mischievious sexy smile of his...woohoooo!

Oh, I thought today was yet another great Zach day!!

Love how understanding he is with Jesse and it is actually killing Jesse to be doing this.  Maybe once he knows Cassandra is safe . . . he will start to help Zach.

I did really like the flirting and teasing going on with Zach and Lea.  Its nice to see Zach feeling light hearted even after being arrested.

Ummmmmmm . . . I have no words for the Pete and Colby scene.
